| 1 at 8:07. Was trying to hit 8 but a hill at the end slowed me down. I remain puzzleled by my in ability to run a Boston qualifier. 7 miles today at 9 min/ mile average. Was relatively easy. That's all I have to do. Just for 19 additional miles. Guess I will take another shot at it this year. Running almost daily seems to be better for my fitness than running 4-5 days per week. | Add Comment |
