8:56 average. That's good but I was really tired doing it. Legs just have no pop. Expecting them to feel better already. But nothing hurts so I am just going to keep running through it. I need to come up with a more specific plan than long run on weekend, increase milage to around 50/week, and throw in some faster stuff when feeling good. I have decided to run Philly marathon. I think it's 20 weeks from now. Wish I knew how to best use that time. |
