AM. Tried to get out before the expected morning snow made it impossible. Fell on some snow covered ice that I didn't expect in the middle of the road. Dislocated finger. In ED waiting for repeat X-ray now. Run was feeling pretty good up to that point. Not sure what workouts are going to look like for the next few days. This is the worse winter for snow in over a decade. PM. Not sure I am done feeling sorry for myself yet. Ate donuts and hotdogs today. Gross. See hand surgeon tomorrow. Have fx that may or may not need surgical repair. Then will have a better idea of limitations. I do know that I can't swim until hole that bone went through heals. |
