Cold and icy here so 4 on the treadmill. 1 8 min mile. Then easy 700y swim. Finger not bothering me swimming. Hip not bothering me running. So will keep increasing both slowly. Now about the biking. . . Funny how when the running falls apart everything else does too. Two months of minimal running should have been a great opportunity to get in a ton of bike miles but I did the minimum. I will regret that this summer during the triathlons. |
