Happy that this one is in the books. It was an ok but not great run. Calf is still sore so taking it pretty easy for most of the run. Kept dropping the pace a little bit every few miles. Last three under 9:00. Last one 8:36. 5 weeks until half. Wish I could start adding some faster stuff but feel like I need to keep it pretty easy until calf feels better. Need what is a minor strain not to turn into a major issue. |
