Left the watch at home. Was hoping if I slowed down hip wouldn't hurt. It did still hurt, but tolerable. I really like running with no watch and just for the pure delight of being able to be out there and moving. Still, running at 10-11 min per mile range is not going to get me to a boston qualifier. That strategy has worked in shorter races but fell apart in a marathon. We'll off the clock now until things stop hurting. |
