Still feels hard at the end. Mainly running 9:30s's from 5 miles on. Tried to drop down to 9 for the last six but after about a mile I got a rock in my shoe that had to come out. Sitting down for 30 sec really threw me off. Finished at about 9:15 pace but couldn't seem to get below that. Need to run more longer runs so that I am not so tired. No idea where to find the time for that. |
