Feeling the May marathon slipping away. I wanted to do 2 18 milers in Feb. It's not happening. Overall distance hasn't been as high as I want it. Was hoping to be averaging about 45 miles per week by now. I don't really want to run a marathon if I can't qualify for Boston, but another side of me says I should do it for the experience. I just don't want to push that hard and need a month off to recover. Today ran 7:50 average for 7 miles on the treadmill. |
