Wasn't sure what to expect given I haven't done anything fast for months. Thought my strength should be good and I should be able to hold pace at the end. Course was downhill first half and up hill second. I kept getting slower as I ran. Blaming course not going out too fast. Overall pretty happy. Ran as fast as I did last summer on a flat course with warmer weather. Would sign up off one of these every week if I could figure out how to schedule then I would get faster. |
