Treadmill workout. 2 miles working down to 8:30 pace then 5 at 8:30. 1 mile cool down. Wanted to push the speed faster for the last mile but just didn't have it. Annoying that I was running 8 miles at an 8 min/mile pace at this time last year and cannot do it now. And yet most greatful that I can run 8 miles.
