Slow and uphill felt hard. Not really running for a month has certainly hurt my conditioning. Afraid it's going to take a long time to get back to where I was, which wasn't even that fast. On the upside no pain.
Trying to slowly bring up mileage. Have been stretching hip which makes it hurt more. Pretty sure it's not a stress fracture or bursitis. Just seems tight in a musculoskeletal kind of way.
