Treadmill. 1 mile at under 8:00. Just trying to do something. Between the hip and snow and ice and school and gym closings I just haven't done anything this week.

On the trainer while watching it snow. ART last night. Can't tell if the hip feels better or not cause I can't even get out to run. Working all weekend then planning on next week being better weather and getting back to regular running.

On the treadmill.  Dizzying trying to run and watch skeleton olympic event.  Almost fell off .  1.5 at under 8 min pace.  Hip didn't hurt while running but did after stretching.
