Long-Term Running Goals:
Stay healthy and sane
Tired at the end. Taking it pretty easy overall. 9:30 average for last 10 miles.
Easy but picked up the pace every mile. 8:45 at the end
Hard up and down hills with the crew. 9 min ave. but a few of the middle hilly ones were closer to 8:30.
Cold. Barely got out the door for this one.
