Good to have this one in the books. It was physically pretty hard due to lack of sleep and temp. Picked up the running crew at 9 miles. They were not holding to the advertised 9 min pace. More like 8:30, but good to do a couple at that pace so deep into a run. Last mile was really hard. Recovered easily. So far this winter has been ok. Supposed to get a week of cold and freezing rain so will have to play it by ear next week. |
