On the trainer. Single digits here glad I'm not running outside. Hip feels fine. No pain. So far this week I have biked what I will do in June in the half ironman, but I bet I won't have 4 days to do it.
In the pool testing out the finger. It didn't feel bad - it didn't feel good either. And it didn't hurt afterward. So time to start swimming again. Biked for about 10 min before running. Tried a slow mile. Hip started to hurt at the end. Not happy at all. At a loss as what to try next.
