Ran 1/2 mile. Walk about a quarter then run 1/2 mile. Then hip hurt. 10 miles on the trainer. Starting to run again. Will work up slowly and try to stay out of pain.

Hip quite sore after run. Feels like bursitis more than anything. Resting it doesn't seem to be help.

1 mile on treadmill. No pain. At least I don't think so. Could be the Motrin or the hot tub. Whatever it is I will take it.
